CESA 8's innovative Center on Education for Economic Development (E4ED) supports schools and their communities to develop a future workforce responsive to the needs of area businesses and industry.  As a regional service provider, CESA 8 is uniquely positioned to serve as a "hub" connecting businesses and school districts in Florence, Forest, Marinette, Menominee, Oconto and Shawano Counties in this mutually beneficial workforce development effort.  We can't do this vital workforce development without your support. Career Academy Teacher Externship CATE Program

The Career Academy Teacher Externship program allows businesses to make personal connections with classroom teachers and the  future workforce.

CESA 8 Youth Apprenticeship Program​

Youth Apprenticeships offer students the opportunity to explore future careers while still in high school and get paid for their time working at area employers. With one- and two-year programs that start with high school juniors or seniors, YA students can experience careers in a variety of fields.
